Does SnackCo manufacture kettle cooked potato chips?
Yes. Kettle cooked potato chips are our core product, and we produce them at commercial scale. We run both kettle cooked and high-volume continuously fried potato chips in flat, crinkle, ripple, and wavy cuts, plain, salted, or with custom seasoning blends, for national brands, retailers, and private-label and co-packing programs.
What snack categories can you co-manufacture?
Potato chips are our specialty (kettle cooked and continuously fried), and we also produce corn tortilla chips, popcorn (both air-popped and kettle-popped), and pellet and extruded snacks such as veggie sticks and straws.
What is SnackCo's production capacity?
We produce more than 20 million pounds of potato chips a year, kettle cooked and continuously fried, across multiple production lines. Our Logan, Utah plant is roughly 100,000 square feet today and is expanding to 200,000 square feet by summer 2027. That capacity makes us a strong fit for national brands, major retailers, and high-volume private-label programs.
What frying oils does SnackCo use for potato chips?
We fry in beef tallow, avocado oil, and canola oil. That range lets brand partners hit clean-label, better-for-you, and value positions without changing manufacturers.
Do you offer private label and contract packaging?
Yes. We offer private label on proven kettle and potato chip recipes, co-packing to your formula and specification, and full co-manufacturing from raw-material sourcing through finished, palletized goods.
Where is SnackCo located?
Our facility is in Logan, Utah, making us one of the few large-scale potato chip manufacturers west of the Mississippi. We ship to brands and retailers across North America.
Is SnackCo food-safety certified?
Yes. We are BRCGS certified at the GFSI benchmark (BRC AA), FDA registered, CTPAT certified, Kosher certified, GFCO gluten-free certified, and Non-GMO Project Verified, with full lot traceability and finished-goods COAs on every run.
